BTZ: June 7 - June 13

Short version: Does anyone feel up for taking over this section (pp.
85-94)? A minor family thing has come up which means I will be unable to
participate for maybe ~24-36 hrs of the time I'm supposed to be leading. If
nobody else wants the slot, I'll make sure to leave a lot of gasoline for
you before I go away for that day or so. But if somebody doesn't mind
stepping up, I'm happy to take one of the later sections instead.


Meantime, my thanks to everyone who has been participating more than I
have. Great thinking from all of you.
