GR translation: down the vast unreadable underslope of Russia

it seems to be spelled more often as two words:
"with time due to infiltration, surface water infiltrated to the deeper under
slope ."

There seems to be a town in Poland named Underslope, based on its features
and
a place in Arizona.....
