Or a parolee covered in prison tattoos. I’d just rather not give them any money and do my best to avoid them. Not to mention, they’ve gotten about 12k out of me through civil forfeiture already, they can be content with that and go fuck themselves.

The cop phone shakedown is another scam where who knows what % makes it to local cops.  They do send you a sticker for your windshield which might get you mercy if pulled over for driving too fast, or swerving, but if black, you're probably out of luck.
