After the hiccup of the Bush years one could argue that we’ve essentially followed the Kissinger doctrine of keeping the international system stable, democracy human rights be damned.
Trump seems to want to jettison even a modicum of thought on stability as
Long as he is bent on a weak central regulating government.
Spreading terror is only a byproduct of ensuring proper market growth. It’s not a policy with long legs.
