M&D Read - Is it over?

It got down to myself and Smoke, a bit lonely. I am open to continue.  Smoke may be open to an attempted revival. I moved along quickly through the early chapters since I have read it with that emphasis before and wanted to get to the part of the novel that takes place in America.
