Problem with listserv website?

I’m also failing to reach the site from my mobile. I’m not sure about management, but can start trying to ask around when I get a minute in the next day or two—unless anyone has better ideas. Not exactly looking to acquire a domain but would happily help collectivize, own, manage, etc, if that’s what it takes to keep the listserv online.
