paranoid platonist that he was, recognized as Incompleteness- Terminal, Inescapable
Incompleteness of any consistent system of human thought bent on discovering truth.
Nietzsche here seems to be signalling an early recognition of the final end of what had
begun in The Enlightenment and become reified throughout 19th century western civilization:
