and make it worthwhile.

The Working Group concludes that the White Helmets killed the 
individuals in question:

"We conclude that the staging of the Douma incident entailed mass murder 
of at least 35 civilians to provide the bodies at Location 2.

It follows from this that people dressed as White Helmets and endorsed 
by the leadership of that organization had a key role in this murder."

I am not yet willing to believe that the White Helmets murder children 
and use their dead bodies as stage props (this, however, may only be due 
to my lack of imagination). It seems possible that these poor people 
were the victims of aerial bombing by the Syrian Army, and the White 
Helmets merely placed their bodies in position. Note that the OPCW did 
not carry out any autopsies.
