Yup - it wasn’t supposed to be this way.
Big money and government have moved on in. Lots of people moving out, too. :-(
I understand that legal pot is very expensive but unregistered pot is losing money because of generally increased supply. The state is making money but not as much as predicted because the black market pot is cheaper *and* it’s hard to open a business in places where the city council or county board of sups is not exactly accommodating - where the population actually voted No.
