If sanitary wipes aren't available, make your own with bathroom bleach
spray or pure alcohol onto paper towels stored in ziplock bags. Those will
work fine.  After grocery shopping, asap wipe down your purse or wallet,
 anything you touched while outside your home, paying, including car keys
and your hands . Make them clean before you get out of your car and into
your home.
