Become like Howard Hughes, a bit : germ phobic. The  Germs are your enemy.
Don't let them in.
Stay home,if possible.. No, NONE,, face touchy while outside the house.
This is crucial.  Wear a mask if out too for long to deter normal face
touching.  Cardinan Rule:  Don't touch your face until you wash your hands
after coming home.  Home is safe.  Outside is dangerous. Wear a mask if you
can't stop touching your face to stop you from touching your face.
