It's fully NP, but there is a lesson. The tweets seem to come from a paid
Olgino troll. Modern info warfare being a military branch on a par with the
others is part of the official Russian military doctrine. The
anti-Ukrainian (and anti-Biden) slant is also a signal. Just be careful
with "relevant" tweets coming with funny names.
