I clicked the link and got the AP story, but I couldn’t find anything by or
about Armond White, and I like contrary buffoons now and then (but not as
my Country’s President).

I’ve already thrown my one paragraph review of Dog Country out to the
list.  Seeing all these gushing reviews that take it as seriously deep and
provocative makes me want to LOL as much as I did while watching the movie
for the first time.  I thought it was as obvious and almost campy (Kampy
Kampion!) as the flittings of the film’s Nellie, who did provide the film’s
only slightly less-projected surprise ending.
