International Pynchon Week 2022 website and call for papers

Dear Pynchonians,

There you can read and download the call for papers for International
Pynchon Week in Vancouver BC, June 5-11, 2022.



The website is quite rudimentary at this point – basically it’s just the
call for papers. But in the coming months I’ll gather all the information
about the conference there (including accommodations) and, eventually, the
program.



The deadline for paper and panel proposals is November 15, 2021. The cfp
includes my mini-essay on Pynchon’s connections to BC and is long for a
cfp, but I figure you 700+-page novel-lovers can handle long. (If I had
Pynchon’s bag-over-head-on-The-Simpsons face to use as an emoji here, I
would.)



I’ll be posting news of the website and the cfp far and wide, in all the
places the Pynchon-interested are known to collect. Apologies if you see it
six times.
