Yes. Yash responds to Kit’s statement of Vectorism’s “practical
abstinence” with “But [there’s all these distractions, too!]”. Because Yash
is also a vectorist, and she’s pointing out that SHE has not been required
to practice abstinence. And Kit shoots back, “helps being easy on the
eyeballs, no doubt.”
And, of course the whole conversation is laden with the unstated temptation
they both find in each other.
