I've said it before but Pynchon has been the conduit to meet and interact
with a wonderful eclectic group of folks over the years. If I ever met the
man, that's what I would tell him. I will raise a bourbon this weekend for
Mr Fuller, Mr Hollander and all those we've lost over the years
