Johnny and all---
Greg MItchell is good as Michael suggests. I've known of his work for a
long time, and have read some of it.
He started his writing career writing about music. The music of our time,
my time, since he is older than you Johnny.
Crawdaddy mag back n the day--may have been a founder, dunno...
His love of music as music led him to write about the greatest as he calls
him, Beethoven...
His books on Hiroshima and The Tunnels are worth reading, at least and I
would say surely any of them.......I read INTO both of them.....I have
books I taste and
books I eat all the way.....
