STetc ch 19 - Clifton is the Steward!

I was wondering who that Clifton guy was that Hicks was talking with about Porfirio at the bar. He's the steward, and appears for the first time in ch 19, apparently in his role as steward, which includes helping people with clothing choices? He's stoked about all the great outfits in Hicks's cabin - first class, upper deck...not a typical berth for a kidnap victim. It's almost as if Unamalgamated et al are fond of Hicks. Almost.

(sidebar: the Love Boat had a number of guest actors as stewards, occasionally)

Ingredients

  *   90 ml Chilled Champagne
  *   10 ml Cognac
  *   2 dashes Angostura bitters
  *   Few drops of Grand Marnier (optional)
  *   1 sugar cube

Method
Place the sugar cube with 2 dashes of bitters in a large Champagne glass, add the cognac.
Pour gently chilled Champagne.
Garnish
Garnish with orange zest and maraschino cherry.

Sounds delish!
