thing 13: red and pink striped skirt

ridiculously long day participating in a ridiculous trivia contest. but a thing was made.. made a skirt out of a thin, stripey fabric i’ve had for a while. made it double layered because of how thin it is..but made the under-layer longer to give it a layered look. cut it into 4 trapazoids, sewed those trapazoids together to create 4 seams. it’s more seams than necessary, but sometimes i like this cut. magically i managed to cut it to exactly the size to fit me without measuring or having to re-sew. is that even possible?!

also.. hems? pfft.
