On the Dole

This is the address that seems to be causing the trouble:

But I should be the one getting the error messages, yet am not getting
them.  Let's hope its some wierd W.A.S.T.E. problem that is
symptomatic of the universe unfolding as it damn well feels
like....a-and where it damn well feels like.  Just remember, It
generally rolls down hill, so if you can't get up hill a bit, you best
find an overhanging ledge to hide under.  If it keeps up though, I'm gonna
get me a big cork and do a little climbin'.
