FEER

          I have traveled on one small part of the FEER, in Keauka'a,
          Hawaii, on the Big Island close to the town of Hilo.  It
          appears to be an evacuation route in case of tsunami, or
          tidal wave, from earthguake or other cause.  Bob Fuhrel
