I thought that in case of an evacuation emergency yer average
flat-foot Fed was supposed to piss in his shoe (or equivalent). This
scene usually runs straight into the one where the suspect hops out of
the sauna/bar/hotel into a taxi and the Feds throw their burgers and
shakes out the car window to engage in hot pursuit.
