A completely tangential note here: I write computer software/video game
reviews for a living. Recently, a friend gave me a book which he thought I'd
find humorous. It's entitled _Invasion of the Space Invaders: An Addict's
Guide to Battle Tactics, Big Scores and the Best Machines_ and covers old
stand-up arcade games like Space Invaders, Scramble, etc. The important
thing, though, is that it was written by none other than Martin Amis. I
thought it must be some coincidence, but in the "about the author" section,
it mentions _Other People_. Anyway, I found it funny.
