In response to Brett Coley's question about Robert Anton Wilson's novel:

The character's name who posts that sign (and others like it across the
country) is a midget named Markoff Chaney.  I think it's in _Illuminatus!_
but it could be in the _Schroedinger's Cat_ trilogy instead.  From what I
remember, he participates in this kind of ontological terrorism to attack
the "rampant sizeism" of the taller majority.  Hysterical.
