Steve Klinge asked about Transverse City and any Pynchon influence.
Hmmm., I would have thought W. Gibson, especially on songs like "Long Arm
of the Law".  But wait a minute, what are all these hydrocarbon
formulas?  And "Splendid Isolation"?  And what are these random bits of
old fashioned circuit diagrams?  And the Russian lyrics?  Yes, I suppose
there is a TRP influence, but still, not Warren's finest hour.
