Hi everybody,
with regard to power corrupting you might wanna check out Peter
Sloterdijk's "Critique of Cynical Reason" for a differentiated view of the
topic. He even suggests strategies of how to overcome the appearant
mechanism. But check out for yourselves.

P.S.: The title is my translation, as I don't know whether there is an
English version of the book. Sure hope there is (for everybody else's
