dostoevsky and TRP

Hmmm... noticed Dostoevsky getting a lot of mentions on ten-best lists 
(including my own). Having just finished a first read of _Demons_ (also 
known as _The Possessed_, also _The Devils_), my will to find connections 
everywhere has been sensitized ... A great and compelling conspiracy 
novel first and foremost, but also there is a fabulous description of the 
moment of lucidity which precedes the onset of an epileptic seizure which 
gets carried right into COL49. No doubt this has been noticed before (the 
library's copy of the COL49 companion is out, so I can't check that 
source). Not sure if it really matters all that much. Still, I thought it 
was kinda interesting.
