You know, I don't know how many times I've tried...I mean REALLY tried...
to get into this work, but it it just never takes.  I guess it's humorous,
in a Monty Pythonesque sort of way, but then I find it hard to really get
a chuckle out of Monty Python anymore...I guess I kind of OD'd on it as a
teen.

Again, I think that it's the writing which holds it back...potentially
entertaining but something is missing.  It reads sort of like a comic with
really poor timing and trying too hard to be funny, IMHO.
