I thought it was about you, Mr. Giordano, a self-confessional using "you" to
stand for "one." Then, on reflection, I thought, maybe he's accusing me of
these terrible crimes against humanity. To cover my tracks, I quickly
provoked you to write me another acccusatory message to which I could then
reply and present my case against possibly having given you evidence to use
in preparing your Nuremberg. Once again, you outwitted me with your superior
knowledge of Freud and police psychology and all. Of course, Sigmund Freud
has been dead for many years, so he can't say anything, but you are
absolutely right. This is a police matter.
