Well, the Kenosha Kid "could" refer to Welles.  The timing is right, Welles 
was from Kenosha, and he was noted for his youth back then.  But it doesn't 
"have to be" Orson Welles.  It is an elusive allusion to those who can 
perceive the connection -- if they wish.   Apparently, CJ, you never did.
