Well I was hoping that the War on Terrorism might mean a lassening of the 
War on Drugs.  I mean, how many wars can we afford at one time?

What I'm increasingly concerned about is the few million that will instantly 
disappear when that suitcase-bomb goes off in Manhattan.  That's a concern 
to really focus on!
