To me, it looks like the picture could be from the 70's (tacky hair-do and cheesy ID badge), and it sure as hell looks like the same person in the high school yearbook.  At minimum, we could conclude that it's a reasonable representation of what TRP might have looked like in the 70's.  Anyway, until I know for sure it isn't him, I'm tempted to remove my dog's image from my computer desktop wallpaper and replace it with this pic.
