Didn't necessarily.  Again, my qualifying statements
went unread.  But that last bit there noit trolling,
flamebait, what have you?  At any rate, why am I
suddenly getting Chinese (?) charcters instead of
quotation marks et al.  This is true at various
addresses, on various machines, and so forth ...
