I received my copy yesterday and it looks great.  You can try bookform.com and subscrbe.  I's worth the $16.00 per year for 5 issues or $5.50 for June/July/Aug/Sept issue It is  a very good book review.  It is a sister publication of Art Fourm.
The Pynchon section is 10 pages of small type and 30 Zak Smith drawings.   
This issue has a review of William T. Vollmann's Europe Central and other good stuff.
