It does seem to be an over-correction, doesn't it.  Lucky he admitted the 
error of his ways or he might have been really punished.

I suggest they call in celebrity mediator Arnold S to find some middle

Also seems a little weird to me that the country that spawned Adolf
Hitler (not to mention Jorg Haider in more recent times ) should be so
keen to prosecute foreigners for denying racist crimes
