Okay, I've changed this ...

I'm of course not happy with those dual "reportedly"s,
but this is hardlythe ONLY thing I've got going on
this morning.  If anyone has any constructive, polite
suggestions, or defensible and, again, polite
objections, I'll be glad to take those into account as
well.  But I WILL be watching my edit there, so ...
