AtD spoiler 135-136 Italian and Native Speakers of English

Fangoola ---> author's rendition of Fangoolo ---> Italian immigrants' (being
mostly from Sicily and other points south) pronunciation of "vaffanculo"
---> either short or dialect form of "va a fare in culo" (?)

In heavily accented english sounds like the guy is telling somebody
"fangoola" instead of "I found gold."
