I think that throughout this discussion you've consistently
misrepresented (misunderstood?) discussion as attack. Your responses
to Jasper have read to me as overreaction bordering on bullying.
Similarly, your contention here that discussing the wiki on the p-list
is somehow misplaced is neither supported nor warranted. Certainly
the pynchonwiki is of some moment to the pynchon community as we
embark on this new book, and while we *can* discuss it on site, it's
so appropriate a thing to discuss on the p-list that I'd be shocked
were such discussion confined to the wiki itself.
I've appreciated the contributions that I've seen you make to the
wiki, as well as your ability to incorporate modifications to how Tim
seems to want to see presentation occur there, but were I to form my
opinions of the workability of pynchonwiki from your over-strident
insistence here that raising questions amounts to "throwing rocks",
I'd likely never sign up.
