The revamped Hynes and Prudential Center is a vast improvement over the
concrete mall that preceded it.
But Government Center is a giant block of ugly concrete. It looks Orwellian.
Monolithic. Cold. Utilitarian. It looks like a place where dull bureaucrats
refuse to listen to your argument when you go to protest a parking ticket.
