Boy, it's getting awfully hot in the kitchen, again. But to offer some additional ideas, and not to further confuse, the already confused situation. May I offer the following:
Peter Pan, David Copperfield, Gulliver's Travels, Tom Brown's School Days, Alice in Wonderland, Black Beauty, Through the Looking Glass, Tales of Peter Rabbit, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Call of the Wild, Rip Van Winkle, Robinson Crusoe, Jungle Book, Swiss Family Robinson, Arabian Nights, Grimm's Fairy Tales, and Aesop's Fables.
Anybody with any more ideas can submit them before the end of the school-day.
