Aren't these dispatches, included here, below and elsewhere, really coming by way of every small-town library in america? Or am I mistaken?  How could it not be otherwise?  You all sound just like all the old, (fart) constipated female librarians behind every reference desk, in america.  And to think we havn't even yet started reading the book(?), or commenting on the actual reading(s). Quel distressing.
