Agriculture Dept sues to prevent Creekstone Farms from testing all its cows
for mad-cow disease.
"If Creekstone Farms Premium Beef began advertising that its cows have
all been tested,
other companies fear they too will have to conduct the expensive tests."

US Court of Appeals sides with Bush Admin.
They suck too.
