So...when do we tear the shrinkwrap off the IV group read?

Hmmm. I have pre-ordered from Amazon (UK, obviously) and then cancelled my order, without incurring a charge. I'm pretty sure they only charge your credit card when the item is dispatched, up until then you can cancel.

I also heard that the etext can be downloaded from Barnes & Noble already, but I haven't checked that.

Yeah, well I was an idiot and pre-ordered (meaning pre-paid for it) it months ago.  Which SHOULD mean they'd send it to me BEFORE it gets to the stores...
