IVIV (13) scene four synopsis

The dealer/landlord guy who sells the mustache cup and necktie to Doc
has kind of an aside where he laments how his pot habit is bankrupting him,
I guess he is pretending to sell the items cheaply* and uses that as
an excuse or something.
One thing that neither Doc nor Zoyd does at all is lament his habit at any time.
Sometimes maybe notes in passing a minor difficulty incurred (falling
asleep on the roof,
picking up the phone and forgetting to say hello), but doesn't whine
about quitting ever...

this is the closest I've ever had to a context for quoting it...not an
exact fit...)
