question on this:
page 214: "There are certain polygraph keys on this case"
- what is a polygraph key?

after saying this, Bigfoot gives Doc the dope about the bite-marks
on Blatnoyd's neck.

Is that the polygraph key he is talking about?
Does that mean, like, if somebody comes in confessing to the murder,
but doesn't mention the bite marks, they know he's lying (like a
polygraph test, sort of?)
