yeah I think that was probably for Against the Day as he was writing them sort of together wasn't he? I remember reading something from the early 80s that mentioned both M&D and AtD



I guess this is a long shot, but you wouldn't happen to have a source. I never heard that Atd was alluded to as a novel that early.
