VINELAND is now with the Vintage Classics division of Cape, in paperback, whoever did pub it in Hardcover in England.

Cape didn't do Vineland, but did M&D, AtD, and IV, as well as the earlier books. According to the autobiography of the British publisher, P wasn't happy with Random House, Cape's owner, and made a deal with Secker & Warburg  I forget at the moment what the issue was.
