"Wolf of Wall Street" may be no "Mean Streets" or "Good Fellas" or ...
But I found the movie fast, funny and refreshingly immature and
tasteless. DiCaprio is wonderful as a con man/preacher type. The scene
where he and his buddy get knocked out by those vintage Quaaludes is a
classic.
As regards genre, off the cuff I'd file it under satire. But rich has a
point -- it may very well be just amoral (no genre, I know, I know).
