My first association was to Great Britain and the mystical island of Avalon disappearing into Mist or fog. (Representing the loss of mythical time?)
I had to look at GoogleMaps, and saw how Philadelphia lies inbetween the two rivers which would give the impression of being on an island in those weather conditions?
