Thanks, Thomas. I've repeatedly asked fans of the book (I'm not one) to post their favorite passages from the book. The Charlie-the-Tuna rant is clearly one of them - though it reads more like the ass-backwards, shit 'n shinola rants in GR, than his more intricate passages.
St. Clair writes about the commodification of the terrorist attack into the "Je Suis Hebdo" brand, which will be used to justify further erosion of civil liberties and continued military adventurism. Spot on!
